PepsiCo beat its soft year-ago quarter on stronger volumes, led by international markets. It's an early read on how consumers are coping with high fuel costs.
Key details: Q3 net revenue rose 5.6%, organic revenue 3.1%, EPS 17% and core EPS 2%, and the company updated its FY26 guidance.
CEO Ramon Laguarta pointed to organic volume growth in both beverages and convenient foods and the resilience of the international business. Q3 2025 was a weak comparison, with organic revenue up just 1.3% and core EPS down 2%.
Growth was primarily fueled by strong international demand, which managed to offset a continued lag and slow turnaround in its domestic North American beverage and convenient foods businesses
